Micah & Kathryn

Postlewaits Wedding

Kathryn and Micah’s relationship is one of the sweetest we’ve ever seen. Listening to Micah toast his bride, we learned how much each of them wanted to find this kind of love. They prayed for it, asked for it and finally found it, through an online dating site. Their families were equally happy and tears flowed from everyone as these two exchanged vows under the trees for their country barn-esque Postlewaits wedding. But it was Micah’s tears that stole the show as this sweet cowboy professed his love to his bride.

After the ceremony, the guys quickly changed from suits to Wranglers and the women donned cowboy boots to get the party started. The cigars followed soon after, along with a few games of cornhole and an outdoor dance party. We were lucky to steal Micah and Kathryn during a beautiful Oregon sunset, where the sky illuminated Kathryn’s gorgeous lace dress and the two snuggled in a field behind the barn. We had no problems getting these two to be affectionate, they couldn’t keep their hands off each other. We’re inspired by that kind of love and it’s something we absolutely love to photograph.
Thank you Kathryn and Micah for inviting us into your special day. Cheers!
