California weddings…full of sun and smiles! We love to work in California, and probably photograph a third of our yearly weddings there. It’s our second home and sometimes we wish it were our first! We have photographed San Diego weddings, San Francisco weddings, Los Angeles weddings, Napa weddings and most recently, Mt. Tamalpais weddings! What’s amazing about California is that there are so many different types of landscape and style. Like we just mentioned, you can have yourself a beach wedding in Southern California, a winery wedding in Napa, a city wedding in San Francisco or Oakland and even a wedding in a misty, foggy mountain top. It’s truly an adventure each time we book a California wedding and no two have ever been the same. Not even close. We can’t wait to return again and we hope it’s for yours! MaryJane & Andy
The first time you lay your lens on a new destination wedding unlocks a new set of eyes. A new set of creative images. A new story to unfold. It’s so exciting and often results in some of our best work.
Tiato Restaurant, Santa Monica, CA
Brandon and Win’s sweet and intimate ceremony in Tiato’s gorgeous enclosed garden was both endearing and light hearted. You can probably tell from the first dozen photos in this blog post, that these two don’t take themselves or each other too seriously
The Pearl, San Francisco
Ian and Carlie were married at a new San Francisco wedding venue, the Pearl. Tucked down in the Dogpatch neighborhood, the venue embodies the essence of San Francisco and is perfect for a couple like Ian and Carlie
Lafayette Hotel Wedding, San Diego
Full disclosure: Daniel and I have a love affair with San Diego. We’ve been 3 times in the last year just to escape Portland, bask in the sun, swim in the ocean and well…eat legit tacos.
