Lex and Andrea gave us the opportunity to photograph one of the most unique weddings we’ve seen in a long time. Their Camp Colton wedding was a finely planned and beautifully crafted event, envisioned by them and delivered by their amazing wedding planner, Christina Safford of Muse Event Planning. It was our first time working with Christina and our hats go off to her and her team for making every last detail go off without a hitch. What especially blew us away was the lighting, by GreenLight Creative, in the church at Camp Colton, so much that we literally could not stop taking photos of it.
After Lex and Andrea exchanged vows under the dramatic and breathtaking church scenery, the party continued with a French themed reception that included a crepe station, table side port and chocolate, and an accordion band that serenaded everyone with very “Midnight in Paris” music all evening. And that was just the entertainment. The entire reception hall was donned in ornate chandeliers, velvet drapery, vintage clocks, and soft candles. It was evident that the style of the wedding was a reflection of Lex and Andrea themselves. Thoughtful, romantic, unique and fun. We continued to see this in toasts from friends, hugs exchanged with guests throughout the night, and laughter heard from each person the couple spoke with that night, including ourselves!
Thank you Lex and Andrea for including us in your magical celebration. We certainly won’t forget it!

Just lovely! Every photo was a lesson in lighting, composition and capturing the right moment & emotion.
