“I’ve seen your photos and I think that they are pretty amazing. And I need amazing for my vintage-sideshow-circus-
Mike and Sheri have been together since high school and their Vista House & McMenamin’s Edgefield wedding was a long awaited event for all the friends and family there. Including their adorable 14 year old daughter, Bailey and of course, their other child, a tiny Yorkshire terrier pup, Roko. There was a lot of laughter, tears and an overall sense of comfort since it was obvious that these two know each other well and have built a beautiful, loving family together. Aside from wanting to take the dog home, Lindsay got teary eyed more than once during this wedding…of course!
Sheri and Mike took their vows at one of the most stunning locations in all of Oregon. The Vista House is a historic location that overlooks the entire Columbia River Gorge and will blow your mind away should you ever make the trip to see it. They couldn’t have picked a better place for their sideshow wedding to begin. The circus, aka reception, continued at McMenamin’s Edgefield where guests (donned in vintage attire as well) drank the local beers, snacked on an assortment of old school candy, had their photos taken with two actual clowns who were in attendance and blasted the couple with streamers and silly string during the first dance.
We completely loved being at this wedding and we thank Mike and Sheri for trusting us to capture it.
