Aryn first contacted us over a year ago about photographing her wedding. Her sister went to high school with Lindsay and we always love it when friends come to us for photography. They are always so trusting and so excited about having us be a part of their wedding. That was exactly the case at Aryn and Reid’s wedding, where we instantly felt like we were a part of the group that included old high school buddies, family and friends.
Aryn and Reid had a classic Northern California wine country wedding at the Hans Fahden Winery in Calistoga. Their ceremony brought together family members as Aryn’s mom walked her down the aisle and her dad officiated. After the two exchanged emotional vows they had written for each other, the reception began in the wine cave. Easily one of the most beautiful settings we have been in, the entire cave was lit solely by candlelight for the dinner. Through toasts by family, friends and Reid himself, we realized how much Aryn and Reid care about the people around them and how much it meant to have them by their side on their wedding day. It was an honor to be a part of it. Cheers Aryn and Reid!

Very cool! I loved the getting ready shot where she is putting on her lipstick. The angle for the flower girl shot was unique and the toast shot looking through the candle stick holder was stellar. Awesome angles and light, nicely done.
