Eli & Heather

We love a couple like Heather and Eli and we loved their Waverley Country Club wedding this summer. We can only describe it as elegant, charming and classy…with a few surprises thrown in. (Which you know we love!)

As we photographed them getting ready, we couldn’t help but notice how well these two compliment each other. Heather was a natural beauty in her lace gown with a draping veil and Eli was her perfectly paired groom in a dapper tuxedo and Woody sunglasses with a classic cummerbund throwback.

And as Eli and Heather stood before over 100 guests on the country club lawn, guests were given time to admire these two as well as laugh at their endearing yet humorous and very well timed vows. With the official moments of the day done, the party inside started and the laughs kept going with speeches from Heather’s super close sisters and Eli’s best man, who had the crowd in stitches in what was more of a roast than a toast.

Eli saved the wedding’s special surprise for late into the evening when he dug deep into his previous musical career roots and serenaded Heather with a version of Blue Skies. However, the best part might have been the fact that Eli’s dad played effortlessly alongside him on his stand up bass.
